Resident Screening Guidelines
River Park Landings, LLC and Landings Management, LLC are Equal Opportunity Housing Providers. Renter's insurance is mandatory. Tenant is required to obtain and carry a renter's insurance policy to cover personal contents with a minimum coverage level of $10,000.00 as well as $100,000.00 in liability insurance coverage.
