Justin wanted to drop a quick note thanking you for the extremely quick turnaround of my maintenance request this morning.
I know it comes with the package of paying rent, but having someone here within a couple of hours on Sunday morning to fix it is very impressive.
I would never say it was an emergency if it wasn't, but obviously, not having a functioning toilet is a problem. Chris was great and had a great attitude, especially for getting dragged out of the house on Super Bowl Sunday.
As I work in operations, I know how much exceptional service is appreciated, and this was exceptional service!!!?? Thank you and the whole team!
